This Hatha Yoga Class offers a calming yoga practice focused on mindful movements, breath awareness, and meditation.
Ideal for individuals seeking relaxation and balance. Leaving this class feeling rejuvenated.
This session is limited to 6 people per class and is suitable for beginners and all ages.

Energising Hatha
A grounding yet energising Hatha practice with steady movement, sun salutations and strength building poses, designed to build strength, stability, and energy while maintaining breath awareness and alignment.
This session is limited to 6 people per class and is suitable for intermediate level.

Yin Yoga
A slow, restorative practice designed to gently release tension in muscles and deeply target connective tissue.
This class supports stable strength while helping you regain space in the body, strengthen joints, and balance energy channels. By holding poses for extended periods, you create room for both physical and mental restoration, leaving the body supple and mind calm.

Hi, I’m Hannah!
A yoga teacher passionate about creating gentle, mindful spaces where you can reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system and move at your own pace.
My classes blend slow Hatha, Yin, breath awareness and meditation to support both physical alignment and emotional wellbeing. Many students come to class feeling tight, overwhelmed or disconnected, and leave with a renewed sense of calm, clarity and balance.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning after time away, my intention is to help you feel safe, supported and empowered in your practice.
