Workshop Overview

Yoga and Paint is a creative and wellness workshop combining mindful yoga, meditation and getting in touch with your creative energy through paint.

Join me for a nourishing morning of gentle yoga, creativity and meaningful connection in a relaxed and welcoming space in Taranganba, QLD.

This experience is designed for anyone craving a slower pace, creative expression and down to earth company. Whether you come with friends or arrive solo, you will be welcomed into a calming environment where you can unwind, laugh, create and reconnect with yourself.

No yoga or painting experience is needed - this workshop is beginner friendly and all materials are provided.

What You’ll Experience

Guided Hatha Yoga Practice

We will begin with a gentle hatha yoga session designed to help relax the nervous system, connect with your body and settle into the moment through mindful movement, breath connection, and accessing your inner creative being through sacral chakra meditation.

Paint-by-numbers experience

From there you will ease into a paint-by-numbers experience in a grounding picnic setting where you can sip tea, chat, create and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by like minded people. You will make a beautiful start to your piece - no pressure to finish it. The paint by numbers kit with canvas, paint and brushes will be yours to take home to complete.

This day is designed to nourish your mind, body and spirit through movement, mindfulness and creative energy.

Note: This class will not be run by an artist, this is a simple paint-by-numbers activity.

Meet Your Instructor

Certified yoga instructor and meditation guide, Hannah creates gentle, nurturing spaces where students can soften, reset and reconnect with themselves. Her approach blends mindful movement, breath awareness and stillness to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation and deeper self-connection.

  • Workshop tickets are $65aud per person

    • Comfortable clothes you can move in

    • Water bottle

    • An open mind and willingness to unwind.

    Everything else is taken care for you.

  • If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the workshop date for a full refund or less than 14 days to receive a 50% refund.
